Senior Auditor
The Senior Auditor delivers high-quality internal audit services across government to build better insights and outcomes. You will lead audit assignments, evaluate governance, risk, and control frameworks, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate reports. The role offers opportunities to develop leadership and strategic relationship management skills while working in a dynamic public sector environment. You will manage your own time and resources effectively to deliver audit work in line with quality, time, and budget requirements.

- Able to use internal audit software and standard IT products effectively

Qualifications
- Internal Audit part qualified with the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors
- Accountancy part qualified through CCAB bodies or UK and overseas equivalent
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with appropriate rights to work in the UK.
Selection process
Shortlisting will take place the week of 30 November 2026. Interviews will be held in December 2026 on Teams and include a presentation.
