Senior Business Change Manager
You will lead the people and organisational change approach for Active Travel England's National Network programme, ensuring colleagues and stakeholders are prepared for new processes and digital services. Your day-to-day work involves developing integrated change strategies, assessing the impact of changes across teams, and building organisational readiness. You will work closely with communications colleagues, programme leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to address resistance and support adoption. Additionally, you will coach and mentor others, setting clear standards and sharing best practice to build change capability across the agency.
