Senior Casework Lawyer
Senior Casework Lawyers provide high-level legal and operational support to the judiciary across the Royal Courts of Justice and Upper Tribunal. Postholders manage complex casework, exercise delegated judicial functions, and act as trusted advisers on immigration, asylum, and public law matters. They work closely with judges, legal professionals, and administrative teams to ensure proceedings are conducted fairly and efficiently. Additionally, they provide professional leadership, mentor colleagues, and contribute to service improvement and governance.

- Experience managing complex legal casework autonomously
