As an Employment Lawyer, you will provide expert advice on employment and people-related matters to support national security work. You will handle diverse casework ranging from staff policies, contracts, and HR strategy to disciplinary issues, grievances, and employment tribunal claims. Working collaboratively within a specialist team, you will advise on sensitive matters while building relationships across the organisation without any billable hour requirements.
