You will lead and evaluate high-impact behavioural insight projects as a senior data and trials analyst within a multidisciplinary unit. Your day-to-day work involves designing field trials, analysing quantitative data, and influencing stakeholders across policy, compliance, and operations. You will apply statistical methodologies and behavioural insights to enhance tax compliance, financial decision-making, and customer experience. You will collaborate closely with team members across customer understanding and experience directorates to deliver shared priorities and communicate complex findings clearly.

• Experience in behavioural insights theory and research trials
• Ability to interpret and manipulate data using coding programmes like R
• Skill in clearly communicating research evidence to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Degree in an analytical discipline (minimum 2:1 or post-graduate)
