Senior HR Business Partner
This role acts as a senior human resources business partner within the Department for Work and Pensions, partnering directly with the Area Director for Southern England for the Jobs and Careers Service. The successful candidate will lead a team of seven human resources business partners, oversee one hundred and twenty job centres, and shape people strategies and transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include building trusted relationships with senior leaders, using data and insights to drive evidence-based decisions, and fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and colleagues across the department while ensuring alignment between business goals and people priorities.

Qualifications
- CIPD Chartered Membership or willing to work towards achieving this
