Senior Infrastructure Engineer
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of critical cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and wider platforms for the Scottish Public Pensions Agency. You will line manage the cloud engineering team and work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and partners to build scalable, secure solutions using infrastructure-as-code and modern scripting tools. Your day-to-day work involves ensuring robust governance, solving complex technical problems, and driving continuous improvement across the agency's technology landscape. You will be based in a modern office environment designed to support collaborative and flexible hybrid working.
What they're looking for
- Significant experience designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure and the wider Microsoft product suite
- Experience using Infrastructure as Code via Terraform
- Knowledge of Linux, Python, and MS DevOps platforms
- Strong leadership and line management capabilities

- Azure DB Administrator, Administrator, Security Engineer, Developer, or Data Engineer
