Senior Manager - Risk and Control
You will support the effective identification, assessment and mitigation of risk across the Cladding Safety Scheme within Homes England. Working closely with the Head of Governance and Reporting and various stakeholders, you will help embed a strong risk management culture and ensure robust governance frameworks are in place. You will lead operational control testing, oversee the monitoring and reporting of key risks, and provide constructive challenge to strengthen control environments. Additionally, you will use data and insight to drive continuous improvement and support the successful delivery of programme objectives.

Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth, EU/EEA/Swiss nationals with EUSS status, and Turkish nationals under the Ankara Agreement.
