Senior Manager - Sustainable Development Team
This Senior Manager role involves leading the Sustainable Development team at Natural England, providing direction, coaching, and pastoral care for up to 15 staff members. You will translate organisational priorities into daily tasks, manage team performance, and handle recruitment and complex issues within the Operations Directorate. Working closely with another Senior Manager and external partners, you will support environmental outcomes and ensure health, wellbeing, and safety remain central to decision making.
