Senior Officer - Service Delivery
This role involves joining the Forensic Management Unit within the National Crime Agency to provide service delivery and commercial assurance functions. You will work collaboratively with forensic and investigating officers to handle submissions for digital and physical forensic analysis. Day to day, you will coordinate live-time operational incidents, manage supplier relationships, and ensure administrative and commercial compliance. You will also oversee data management, risk tracking, and team development to support serious and organised crime investigations.

Qualifications
- Commercial or Contract Management qualification or equivalent practical experience
Nationality requirements
This role is broadly open to UK nationals, Irish citizens, Commonwealth citizens with right to work, EU/EEA/Swiss/Turkish nationals with relevant status, and eligible individuals with settled status.
Selection process
