Senior Operational Delivery Manager
This role sits within the Census Service Delivery and Operations division to lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of management information products supporting decision-making. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery by working closely with operational, analytical, and technical colleagues to manage priorities, stakeholder engagement, and testing. Day to day, you will provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress, manage risks, and contribute to new processes and ways of working. You will also line manage junior staff and help shape delivery for Census 2031 to ensure everyone is counted.
