Senior Operational Support Manager, Offender Personality Disorder Pathway, Community Public Protection Team
This role involves providing strategic and operational support to the Head of Local Delivery Unit Cluster within the National Probation Service. The post holder will manage administrative functions, handle complex offender cases, and represent the organization in multi-agency partnerships and local strategic frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing staff development, managing complaints, leading on performance and audits, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.

Qualifications
- Probation Qualification Framework Graduate diploma/Degree in Community justice
