Senior Operations Leader
You will lead a large, geographically diverse team within the Counter Fraud Compliance and Debt directorate at the Department for Work and Pensions. Your day involves setting strategic business priorities, making complex decisions at pace, and driving performance to reduce fraud and error in the benefit system. You will oversee business change, manage risk, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also provide visible leadership through regular site visits, coaching, and supporting the professional development of your team.
