Senior Policy Advisor and Strategist
You will play a key role in shaping accessibility and digital inclusion across government services by developing policy positions and strategic direction. Working in a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with digital professionals, product managers, and service designers to embed inclusion considerations into digital transformation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve gathering evidence, user research, and stakeholder perspectives to translate insights into practical policy recommendations. You will also manage staff, produce high-quality policy advice for senior leaders and ministers, and represent the team in cross-government working groups.

Nationality requirements
