You will lead the design and implementation of testing strategies for complex systems, including artificial intelligence models, data pipelines, and digital services at Ofgem. Working across multidisciplinary teams, you will embed test-driven and behaviour-driven development practices to ensure quality, reliability, and ethical use at scale. You will develop automated test frameworks, manage defects, and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams from design to deployment. Additionally, you will coach and mentor team members, champion new testing tools, and ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and governance standards.

• Experience managing quality across AI solutions in Microsoft environments
• Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Java, R, SQL, or JavaScript
• Understanding of AI CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based test integration
• Experience working within agile delivery environments

Qualifications

• ISTQB Certified (Advanced Level)
