Service Designer
As a service designer, you will create and improve digital services so they work well for users and meet business goals. You will look at the whole journey a user takes, using research and data to understand needs and make services accessible and inclusive. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams including analysts, developers, and other designers, you will map user journeys and lead iterative design initiatives. You will be part of a user-centred design unit responding to demands across the Department for Education's Enterprise Delivery Services division.
