Service Operations Manager
The Service Operations Manager supports the delivery and daily performance of Census services within the Office for National Statistics. The role involves working collaboratively with internal teams, design teams, suppliers, and delivery partners to design, implement, and run operations throughout the census lifecycle. Day to day responsibilities include monitoring service performance, analyzing operational data, resolving issues, and producing high-quality management information and documentation. The postholder contributes to continuous improvement and helps ensure efficient operational delivery for Census 2031.

Nationality requirements

Selection process
Sift starts on Wednesday 21st October and interviews begin on Thursday 5th November in person.
