Service Owner
You will lead the end-to-end delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of core digital registration services, including the national voter registration system. Working within the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, you will direct multidisciplinary teams of product, design, data, and operations professionals. You will collaborate closely with policy colleagues, external suppliers, and local authorities to implement major manifesto commitments and legislative changes. This role is responsible for setting the service vision, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high-quality, accessible digital services for millions of citizens.

- Experience building and managing high-performing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of service design and user-centred design principles
- Experience assessing risks, managing budgets, and guiding governance
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU/EEA/Swiss and Turkish nationals with appropriate rights to work or EUSS status.
