Specialist Instructor- Environmental Protection
This role involves delivering engaging environmental protection training that directly supports defence capability, assurance, and continuous improvement. The postholder works alongside military personnel and various defence stakeholders to shape learner success and influence professional standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating training activities, assessing learners, and acting as a subject matter expert to review and improve training content. The position is based at RAF Halton within the Specialist Training School and requires delivering training across establishments in the UK and overseas.

- Experience with training design methods like DSAT or ADDIE
- Knowledge of technology enhanced learning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Military background or knowledge
Qualifications
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training
- Full UK Driving Licence
Nationality requirements
