Landscaping LBA Specialist Instructor: HMP Feltham
The job holder will supervise prisoners in land-based activities and horticulture work areas, ensuring safety, discipline, and target delivery while maintaining prison grounds and conservation areas. They will provide instruction, training, and knowledge in horticultural practices, machinery use, and project work to help prisoners improve skills and future employment prospects. This non-operational role involves supporting prisoners towards achieving qualifications and preparing them for release. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within the prison establishment to foster a safe, positive, and rehabilitative working environment.
