Talent Acquisition Specialist
You will work as part of the talent team to design fair recruitment methods, source candidates, and guide hiring campaigns from start to finish. Day to day, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, create job adverts, and build strong talent pipelines using professional networks. You will also ensure recruitment processes comply with data protection regulations and focus on inclusive, equitable candidate experiences. This role helps secure the skilled people needed to support the organisation's land and property registration services.
