Trainer Learning Delivery Search
This role involves delivering training programmes, supervising students, and managing day-to-day training activities to meet quality standards and course specifications. The postholder works with internal and external stakeholders to share knowledge, identify innovative solutions, and draft evidence-based policing standards. Responsibilities also include assisting in the review and development of course content, providing subject matter expertise, and engaging with national boards and professional standards. The successful candidate works collaboratively across departments to support frontline officers, staff, and volunteers in their day-to-day roles.

- Qualified Trainer or prepared to work towards it
- Assessor competent to police sector standards
- Recent proven competence as a CT Security Coordinator
- Ability to identify practical counter-terrorism measures
Qualifications
- Qualified Trainer to meet the Police Sector Standard for the Training of Trainers
- Certificate in Education and Training or CTLLS Level 4 or NVQ Level 4 Diploma
- Assessor competent to the Police Sector Standard for the Training of Assessors
- Counter Terrorism Security Coordinator competence within the past 3 years
Nationality requirements
Right to Work in the UK with indefinite leave to remain. Must provide an address history in the UK for the preceding 5 years.
