Unity Programme - Data Business Analyst
This role involves working as a business analyst within a major cross-government programme to transform shared services for human resources, finance, payroll, and procurement. The postholder will provide analytical leadership to drive transformation, lead workshops with departmental leaders, and shape delivery options for complex, multi-departmental challenges. Day to day, they will take ownership of ambiguous work, produce clear recommendations, and work collaboratively across government departments and delivery partners. The position offers an opportunity to simplify processes and modernise IT platforms to cut through administrative time and cost.
