Lead Business Analyst
You will lead business analysis across complex services at the Crown Prosecution Service, helping teams understand business problems and user needs. You will work closely with service owners, programme leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to shape services using evidence and data. You will also manage a team of business analysts, setting direction, assuring work quality, and helping senior leaders make effective decisions. This role sits within the Analysis and User-Centred Design leadership team to grow business analysis capability across the organisation.
