Work Psychologist
Work Psychologists use evidence-based occupational psychology tools and techniques to help Department for Work and Pensions customers move closer to and into employment. Many customers live with health conditions, disabilities, or other challenges that make accessing work more difficult. Practitioners make a positive impact through one-to-one assessments, group-based interventions, and building the capability of Jobcentre colleagues to apply psychological principles.
