Workplace Investigations Senior Manager
The Workplace Investigations Senior Manager leads professional workplace investigations into complex concerns such as grievances, whistleblowing, and research misconduct within a pilot team. They collaborate with executive teams, human resources, and legal partners to assess risks, manage cases, and draft high-quality reports that inform decision-making. The role also supports continuous improvement and helps establish a joined-up investigations service across the organisation.
