Workplace Services Change and Integration Manager
This role is for a Change and Integration Manager within the Government Property Agency, where you will help build operational change capability from the ground up across the Workplace Services directorate. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, regional teams, and commercial supply chain partners to design change frameworks and manage transformation initiatives safely. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assessing change readiness, leading communication strategies, and ensuring that major projects and digital platforms integrate smoothly without disrupting daily operations. Ultimately, you will embed sustainable new ways of working and drive continuous improvement across a diverse property portfolio.

- Substantial experience as a Change Manager leading complex transformation
- Proven track record of designing change frameworks and tools from scratch
- Experience engaging, influencing, and challenging senior stakeholders
- Strong background in mixed-economy environments with internal and external partners
- Demonstrable capability in line management and developing direct reports
Qualifications
- Recognised Change Management certification is desirable
- Recognised Project or Programme Management qualification is advantageous
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU/EEA/Swiss and Turkish nationals with appropriate right to work or settled status.
Selection process
Sift is due week commencing 2nd November 2026. Interviews will be held face-to-face and will score candidates against five behaviours.
