As a Senior Analytical Engineer, you will create, modernise, and improve existing SQL and Power BI data models across pre and post 16 funding strands. You will design and implement data solutions from conception to go-live, ensuring automated services are reliable, scalable, and secure. Working closely with delivery managers, business analysts, and data scientists, you will translate complex technical specifications into efficient code. You will also develop interactive data visualisations and quality assure large datasets to support internal and external stakeholders.

• Significant experience implementing data solutions or models using SQL, R and Power BI
• Experience of end-to-end development and implementation of data solutions
• Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
• Experience interpreting complex specifications and translating to efficient code
• Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• A degree in a STEM-related subject or relevant certification

Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU/EEA and Turkish nationals with appropriate rights to work in the UK.
