Approved Premises Manager (SPO) - Northampton
This role involves managing an Approved Premises within the National Probation Service to ensure the safe, efficient operation of the facility. The jobholder will supervise staff practice, manage offender risk, and maintain a secure environment for residents, staff, and the local community. They will collaborate with internal teams, local businesses, and criminal justice partners while handling financial resources and performance data. Additionally, the post holder participates in an out-of-hours standby duty rota.

Qualifications
- Probation Qualification Framework Graduate Diploma/Honours Degree in Community Justice
- Level 5 Diploma in Probation Practice
- Diploma in Probation Studies
- Diploma in Social Work with Probation Option
