Approved Premises Residential Worker - Northampton
The job holder works as part of a team providing 24-hour cover at an Approved Premises, ensuring the safety and security of residents and the building. Responsibilities include supervising residents, maintaining discipline, monitoring compliance with licence conditions and court orders, and supporting risk management and sentence plan objectives. The role involves conducting regular building inspections, administering medication, handling security checks, and engaging with residents to promote pro-social behaviour. Staff work closely with colleagues, Offender Managers, police, and health professionals, and the post involves substantial out-of-hours work, including waking nights and weekends.

Qualifications
