Approved Premises Residential Support Workers - Mandeville House Approved Premises, Cardiff
The job holder will work as part of a team providing twenty-four-hour cover at an Approved Premises, including security and monitoring services. You will undertake a full range of work with people on probation whilst resident, contributing to risk management and sentence plan objectives. The role involves supporting the well-being and supervision of residents, maintaining discipline, and adhering to rules and licence conditions. Additionally, you will handle out-of-hours duties, waking night duty, and weekend work while ensuring the safety of the premises.

- IT skills including Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including English and Maths or equivalent
