Approved Premises Residential Worker - Basildon
The job holder works as part of a team providing 24-hour cover at an Approved Premises, ensuring residents and the building remain safe and secure. Day-to-day duties include supervising residents, monitoring behaviour and security equipment, managing risk, and supporting sentence plan objectives. The role involves working closely with colleagues, offender managers, police, health professionals, and other partner agencies. Substantial out-of-hours work, including waking night duty and weekend shifts, is required.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Maths) or equivalent
