Approved Premises Residential Worker Annualised Hours - Northampton
The job holder works as part of a team providing 24-hour cover at an Approved Premises, ensuring the facility and its residents are kept safe and secure. Responsibilities include supervising residents, monitoring adherence to rules and licence conditions, contributing to risk management and sentence plan objectives, and conducting regular building inspections. The role involves out-of-hours work, including waking night duty and weekends, and requires communicating with colleagues, managers, and partner agencies such as the police and health professionals.
