Approved Premises Residential Worker
You will support the management of offenders transitioning from custody into the community by working at an Approved Premises, helping residents adhere to licence conditions and maintain safety. Your day-to-day duties involve carrying out inspections, monitoring behavior, and positively engaging with residents alongside colleagues and partner agencies. You will work regular unsocial hours including nights and weekends to ensure 24/7 supervision and support for vulnerable individuals. The role is designed to protect the public and assist individuals in successfully rehabilitating and turning their lives around.

- Ability to work regular unsocial hours and cover 24/7 shifts
