Approved Premises - Residential Worker- Jackie Harriett House, Carpenter House and Sycamore Lodge
Residential workers provide round-the-clock supervision, security, and support for people living in approved premises. You will monitor resident behaviour, manage security and safety checks, and help residents follow their sentence plans and rules. You will work closely with colleagues, offender managers, and partner agencies to assess and report risks. The role involves substantial out-of-hours work, including waking night duty and weekend shifts.
