Approved Premises Residential Worker - Brighton
The job holder works as part of a team providing 24-hour cover at an Approved Premises, ensuring the safety and security of residents and the building. Responsibilities include supervising residents, maintaining discipline, monitoring behavior, supporting risk management, and contributing to sentence plan objectives. The role involves managing security, conducting building inspections, handling medication, and dealing with incidents or emergencies out of hours. Staff collaborate with colleagues, offender managers, and external agencies like police and health professionals to maintain a safe environment.
