Approved Premises Residential Worker - Elliot House
The job holder works as part of a team providing 24-hour cover at an Approved Premises, ensuring the safety and security of residents and the building. The role involves supporting residents with risk management and sentence plan objectives, monitoring behaviour, conducting inspections, and managing security. Responsibilities also include handling medication, carrying out drug and alcohol testing, and delivering purposeful activities. The post requires substantial out-of-hours work, including waking night duty and weekend work.
