Approved Premises Residential Worker - Guildford
The job holder works as part of a team providing twenty-four hour cover at an Approved Premises, undertaking security, monitoring services, and a full range of work with residents. Responsibilities include providing support for risk management and sentence plan objectives, maintaining discipline, adhering to rules, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises. This post involves substantial out of hours work, including waking night duty and weekend work, and may require covering duties at other premises during staff absences.
