Approved Premises Residential Worker - Luton
The job holder works as part of a team providing 24-hour cover at an Approved Premises, ensuring the safety and security of residents and the building. Responsibilities include supervising residents, supporting risk management and sentence plan objectives, and monitoring behaviour and compliance with rules and court orders. The role involves conducting building inspections, administering medication, performing room searches, and handling out-of-hours emergencies. Staff work closely with colleagues, offender managers, and partner agencies such as the police and health services.
