Approved Premises Residential Worker - North East
Residential Workers provide essential 24-hour cover and security services within Approved Premises, supporting offenders who are transitioning from prison back into the community. You will work as part of a supportive team to contribute to risk management, monitor residents, and encourage positive lifestyle changes to help keep the public safe. The role involves working a rolling shift rota that includes nights, weekends, and bank holidays on a mobile grade basis. You will collaborate closely with other probation staff and residents to ensure the premises remain safe and secure.
