Assistant Species Recovery Officer
The Assistant Species Recovery Officer will assist with the development, delivery, and monitoring of species recovery projects focused on species such as the Eurasian beaver, wood ants, and water voles. The role involves planning and conducting ecological surveys, collaborating with academic partners, coordinating volunteers and contractors, and engaging with the public and stakeholders. Day-to-day work supports conservation efforts and habitat improvements across the district while maintaining effective communication with internal and external partners.

Qualifications
- Qualification in ecology or similar discipline and/or experience in conservation
- A full driving licence
