Senior Officer - Local Nature Recovery Strategy Spatial Data Leadership
This leadership role within the Local Nature Recovery Strategy Project leads the Data and Evidence Workstream to oversee a national mapping product and promote its use across organisations. The postholder provides strategic direction, manages delivery plans, and builds partnerships with project colleagues, partners, and authorities to drive nature recovery. Responsibilities include agreeing user requirements, addressing data licensing challenges, and prioritising future data and evidence needs. The role requires strong data literacy, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to communicate complex spatial information.
