Propagator
The propagator delivers plant propagation activities to support the long-term resilience and development of tree collections at Westonbirt. The role involves planning and undertaking propagation using techniques like seeds, cuttings, and grafting, while maintaining high standards of nursery hygiene and biosecurity. Working alongside nursery staff and the curator, the post holder also supports volunteer engagement, conservation programmes, and public understanding of tree conservation. Daily tasks include managing propagation facilities, monitoring plant growth, and ensuring healthy stock for future planting requirements.

Qualifications
- Qualification or experience in horticulture, arboriculture, botany or plant science
- Plant health, biosecurity or nursery management training
- Full UK driving licence
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with the relevant right to work or settled status.
