Associate Applications Operations Engineer
You will manage and monitor application performance, handle routine updates, and resolve technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience. Working closely with senior engineers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will investigate system faults, maintain identity management, and enforce strict security administration. The role involves addressing escalated user queries within set service levels while contributing to the continuous improvement of critical applications. You will be part of the IT Operations team helping the Crown Prosecution Service maintain high standards of digital service.
