Senior Applications Operations Engineer
The Senior Applications Operations Engineer is a technical and people leader who ensures the operational resilience, performance, security, and continual improvement of critical enterprise applications within the Crown Prosecution Service. The role involves leading incident response, managing a team of engineers, and setting technical standards to support essential organisational services. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the post holder collaborates with architecture, cyber security, and supplier teams to drive service improvements and manage risks. This position offers an opportunity to shape how enterprise applications are operated and protected while leading others in a user-focused environment.

- Experience managing core Microsoft 365 services like Exchange Online and Teams
- Experienced in leading the response to serious service and major incidents
- Able to use monitoring, data and user feedback to improve services
- Experience managing or supporting engineers in a team to develop skills
Nationality requirements
