The Building Information Modelling Advisor acts as a technical assurance specialist within the UK Health Security Agency, helping shape future estate infrastructure for major new laboratory facilities. The role involves reviewing and signing off supplier Building Information Modelling models against legislation, industry standards, and operational requirements. The post holder leads a technical assurance team, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and provides expert design and BIM guidance across projects.
