Business Relationship Manager
As a Business Relationship Manager, you act as the primary liaison between IT Services and business areas across the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency. You build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure technology services align with business priorities and support organizational goals. You guide teams through digital change, advocate for user needs, and monitor customer experiences to identify service improvements. Working closely with senior stakeholders and technical colleagues, you ensure IT solutions effectively underpin the agency's operational delivery.
