Case Progression Officer
This role involves monitoring and progressing criminal cases from first appearance to completion to ensure trials proceed without delay. You will work with others to reduce ineffective and cracked trials to meet national targets and improve courtroom utilisation. As a case progression officer, you will use continuous improvement tools to support the administration of justice. You will be based in an office environment providing customer-facing services to the public.
