Community Payback Supervisor - Reading, Bracknell, Slough, Basingstoke - Outcome in a Day (South Central)
This is a hands-on operational role supervising groups of people completing unpaid work sentences in the community. You will lead small teams through physical tasks such as clearing overgrowth, litter picking, and restoring community facilities. Working alongside service users, you will demonstrate good practice and drive service vehicles to transport equipment. You will collaborate closely with people on probation and fellow supervisors to support rehabilitation and improve local neighbourhoods.

- Full UK Manual Driving Licence

Selection process
