Community Payback Supervisor - Hampshire (Southampton, Portsmouth, Basingstoke) - Outcome in a Day (South Central)
Community Payback Supervisors lead small teams of people on probation to complete unpaid work tasks in the community, such as clearing overgrowth, building benches, and cleaning streets. The role involves driving service vehicles, supervising work groups for up to seven hours a day, and helping individuals develop positive work habits and skills for rehabilitation. Post holders work closely with people from diverse backgrounds in a hands-on, active environment that frequently includes weekend shifts and fixed daily working schedules. This is an operational role within the Probation Service aimed at supporting offenders to make a positive contribution to local communities.

Nationality requirements
This job is broadly open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland nationals, Commonwealth citizens with right to work, EUSS status holders, and Turkish nationals under the Ankara Agreement.
Selection process
Interviews will be held in person on either Thursday 5th November or Thursday 13th November at the Southampton Office as a full-day assessment event.
